SUPREME COURT TO GIVE JUDGMENT IN THE APPEALS FILED BY OBI AND ATIKU CHALLENGING THE ELECTION OF PRESIDENT BOLA AHMED TINUBU’S VICTORY.
The candidates of both Labour party (LP),H.E Mr Peter Obi and Alhj.Atiku Abubar of Peoples democratic party (PDP), had earlier filed an appeal to the the supreme court of Nigeria to challenge the verdict of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, in the general Presidential elections held on 25th February 2023.
In court this morning are: APC national Chairman, Abdulahi Umar Ganduje, Chief of staff to the president,Rt Hon Femi Gbajabiamila,National security adviser,Mr Ribadu,PDP lead counsel Chris Uche, APC Counsels for the supreme court proceedings which commenced at about 9:00am,26/20/2023. The court permits four television stations to televise the proceedings live.
