The Secretary to the Government of Ondo State, Hon. Tayo Oluwatuyi, has passed away due to complications arising from a road accident that occurred two weeks ago on the Ibadan-Akure Expressway.
Following the tragic incident, Hon. Oluwatuyi was rushed to the hospital, where he had been receiving intensive medical care. Unfortunately, despite the best efforts of medical professionals, he succumbed to his injuries on Saturday, January 4, 2025.
Hon. Tayo Oluwatuyi was a prominent and respected figure in the Ondo State Government, and his demise has left the state in deep mourning. Further details about funeral arrangements are expected to be announced soon.
